Babu’s Camp
It is situated about 20 km from Park’s Headquarters. Babu’s Camp is the semi-permanent tented camp in this park and the only facility that offers tourist accommodation.
Mkomazi is virtually untravelled, making Babu’s Camp the ideal destination for those discerning guests who prefer the experience of peace and solitude while enjoying Africa’s beauty.
Tents
Babu’s Camp has six large canvas safari tents with en-suite facilities. Each tent has an en-suite bathroom with flush toilets and hot showers.
The Tents are well-attended and are beautifully set among baobab trees and acacia and are comfortably furnished with a large hand-carved wooden bed or twin beds, wardrobe, changing area, safari chairs, and a writing desk.
Mkomazi not only provides a home to a tremendous variety of wildlife it symbolizes a traditional East African safari experience, dining under canvas and sundowners around the Campfire.
