Ang’ata Tarangire Camp
This is the latest bush camp with 8 Guest Tents including a 2 tent Family unit, a lounge, and a dining tent.
Each guest tent has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, vanity desk, and flush toilets. Depending on request a Kingsize bed, 2 Twin beds, or triples are available.
The lounge is where you can meet other travelers. You can share your day’s Safari stories while enjoying free Tanzanian Coffee or Tea.
You will be served breakfasts, lunches, and dinners in the dining tent. Additionally, your Chefs prepare private bush lunches on the crater floor daily. Bush TV (local name for campfire) is lit when the weather permits.
Where is Ang’ata Tarangire Camp?
This camp is located in Tarangire National Park. It overlooks the Tarangire River and is near Kuro Airstrip. The camp has a 180º view of Tarangire Hill.
Tarangire is located just 5 Km from Silale Swamp Plains. Elephants gather there in large numbers.
The park is also known for its plenty of Big Cats. Tree-climbing Pythons are another famous attraction in Tarangire. Visitors may also spot Kudus and the very elusive Oryx.
This place is perfect for waking Safaris and night game drives. You can experience the bush’s splendor here. Kudos Airstrip is 1 Km away from Camp.
